A S$2.5 million refurbishment project is currently underway to give our properties a facelift, moving a step closer to creating your kind of space at Park Avenue. What our guests can look forward to come mid-2009 are modern and comfortably furnished apartments, transformed common environment, and a kaleidoscope of enhanced facilities for total work-life-play balance.
